Mama’s Slapped Herb Butter by Dawn Lafleur
Ingredients:
4 sticks Unsalted Butter
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon garlic powder
3 tablespoons parsley(dried)
½ teaspoon salt(optional)
1 teaspoon SYM Hot seasoning(or to taste)
Soften butter at room temperature. Add SYM and salt(optional) to softened butter.In a seperate bowl, mix red pepper flakes, garlic powder, and parsley. Using plastic wrap, shape butter into a log. If needed, refrigerate until firm. Roll in parsley-pepper mixture until well coated. Great for topping steaks, fish, vegatables, you name it!!!!
