1 pound of pork steaks cut in to about 1 inch pieces

2 tablespoons Slap Ya Mama Original Seasoning

½ cup Vinegar

1 ½ onions chopped (divided)

1 bell pepper chopped

2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce

2       tablespoons Slap Ya Mama Cajun Pepper Sauce.

 

In a large bowl put in your meat and season with your Slap Ya Mama. Now add vinegar, ½ cup onions, bell pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and Cajun pepper sauce. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate over night. The next day when you’re ready to begin cooking drain any liquid left over. Put meat in a medium sized pot on medium high heat; and begin browning*. After meat is browned on all sides you can add the remaining onions. Cook until onions are clear then add enough water to cover meat. Place lid on pot and let cook for about an hour. Stir occasionally and add water if needed. Serve with rice. Serves 4

* To cook meat until it is dark on both sides.
